Management functions

Management functions are the basic elements that will always be there and clung to the management process that will be a reference by the managers in carrying out activities to achieve goals.
As for the management functions are;

* Planning (Planning)

Activities of a manager is to make plans. Plan means thinking about what to do with the resources they own. In order to make the plan regularly and logically, there should be a decision earlier advance as a guide next steps.

* Pengorganisian (Organizing)

Organizing or organizing means creating a structure with parts of an integrated so-antarbagian relationship with each other part influenced by their relationship with the overall structure.

Adverbial Clause

Adverbial Clause adalah Clause (anak kalimat) yang berfungsi sebagai Adverb, yakni menerangkan kata kerja.

Adverbial Clause biasanya diklasifikasikan berdasarkan "arti/maksud" dari Conjunction (kata penghubung yang mendahuluinya).

Jenis-jenis Adverbial Clause antara lain:

1. Clause of Time

Clause yang menunjukkan waktu. Biasanya dibuat dengan menggunakan conjunction (kata penghubung) seperti after, before, no sooner, while, as, dll.

Contoh:

* Shut the door before you go out.
* You may begin when(ever) you are ready.
* While he was walking home, he saw an accident.
* By the time I arrive, Alex will have left.
* No sooner had she entered than he gave an order.

2. Clause of Place

Clause yang menunjukkan tempat. Biasanya dibuat dengan menggunakan conjunction seperti where, nowhere, anywhere, wherever, dll.

Doni : No, she doesn’t. She gets up later than I do.

Doni : After I get up, I go bath than I get dressed.
Satia : What do you do after you get dresses?
Doni : After I dressed, I have breakfast.

Doni : Usually, I leave the house at about 7.30 am.
