Management functions

Management functions are the basic elements that will always be there and clung to the management process that will be a reference by the managers in carrying out activities to achieve goals.
As for the management functions are;

* Planning (Planning)

Activities of a manager is to make plans. Plan means thinking about what to do with the resources they own. In order to make the plan regularly and logically, there should be a decision earlier advance as a guide next steps.

* Pengorganisian (Organizing)

Organizing or organizing means creating a structure with parts of an integrated so-antarbagian relationship with each other part influenced by their relationship with the overall structure.



Organization aims to share some great activities to activities that are smaller. In addition, managers facilitate the conduct surveillance and determine who needed to carry out tasks that have divided them.

* Driving (Actuating)

Actuating a move or an act to try to get all members of the group trying to achieve objectives consistent with the managerial planning and organizational efforts. So actuating means is moving the people to want to work with full awareness of its own or jointly to achieve the desired objectives effectively. In this case what is needed is leadership (leadership).

* Supervision (Controling)

Supervision is the act of a manager to assess and control the course of the activities that lead for the achievement of defined objectives.
